Pre-Order Policy

Thank you for supporting Finish That Verse. By placing a pre-order, you are reserving a copy of the physical edition before production and fulfillment are finalized.

Please review the following information regarding pre-order purchases.

What Is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows customers to reserve a product before it becomes immediately available for shipment.

At this time, the physical edition of Finish That Verse is still in production preparation. Purchasing a pre-order reserves your copy once manufacturing and fulfillment are complete.

Digital Products Included with Bundles

If your purchase includes a digital product or bundle, digital access will be delivered immediately after purchase.

The physical game will ship separately once production is finalized.

Production & Shipping Timeline

Production and fulfillment timelines are currently being finalized and may change as manufacturing progresses.

Because this is a pre-order item:

• Shipping dates are estimates only
• Delays may occur due to manufacturing, supply chain, or fulfillment factors
• Customers will receive updates as new information becomes available

We are committed to maintaining transparent communication throughout the process.

Order Processing

Payment for pre-order items is collected at the time of purchase in order to reserve inventory.

Once physical inventory becomes available, orders will be fulfilled in the order they were received unless otherwise stated.

Address Changes

If your shipping address changes before fulfillment, please contact us as soon as possible so your order information can be updated.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to outdated addresses that were not updated prior to fulfillment.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Pre-order cancellations may be requested before fulfillment begins.
• Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
• Digital products already delivered as part of a bundle are non-refundable.
• Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Separate Shipments

If your order includes both digital and physical items:

• Digital items are delivered immediately
• Physical items will be shipped separately at a later date

Product Updates

As production progresses, updates regarding manufacturing, shipping timelines, and fulfillment will be communicated through email and/or official store updates.
